There is an unmistakeable feeling following a winter storm. Rays of sunshine dance off the freshly fallen snow. The air is clean and crisp. Sounds are muted, absorbed by the soft white expanse. It had been a while since I went out to just take photos. No clients. No subjects. No deadlines. Just me and my camera. So that’s what I did. I grabbed my camera and I spent an hour taking photos at City Park in Fort Collins. It was a gorgeous day and there is nothing like fresh snow and blue skies to put a spring in your step.
